Our design system uses accessible colour contrast, clear focus states, semantic page structure, and plain language wherever possible.

What We Are Working On

Scanbook is an evolving platform. We continue to review the booking journey, clinic pages, forms, and portal screens to improve accessibility and usability.

• Improving keyboard navigation across complex search and booking controls.
• Keeping form labels and error messages clear for screen reader users.
• Testing responsive layouts on mobile and desktop viewports.
• Reviewing third-party widgets and embedded services where used.
